LSD (Long|Slow|Deep) Flowing Yin
It took me years to find my voice guiding beings through their yoga practice. This class is truly a full expression of how I view yoga, this life union.
Slowing down, closing your eyes, FEELING into the boundaries, rather than retracting away from your edges. Staying, being, receiving, letting go, letting BE what is currently within you.
The invitation is to show up & be you. To go within yourSelf, to curiously explore parts of your being that are percolating to the surface, asking for the stage. We will slowly flow into the pockets and crevices of our physical form where we hold tension, stagnation, and stress. Holding and witnessing what arises, allowing yourSelf the time and space to release the old, and make space for the new.
Move WITH Breath
Move WITH breath is a movement class where we will build heat in our bodies, flowing with gentle reminders initiating breath to be the motivator in your practice. We allow the breath to lead the body through a fluid vinyasa style practice. You can expect the class will end with pranayama breathwork, and close with a deep, relaxing savasana.
