Pranayama Description
Pranayama is the science of life-energy and is respected as the oldest, most direct approach towards liberation. With breathing being the foundation to all things, this class consists of a series of breathing exercises designed to mobilize the diaphragm, increase lung capacity and still the mind. In this class, students can expect an incredibly therapeutic breathing and meditation practice that heals and rejuvenates the body, calms the mind, and rewards you with vitality and deep insight. No experience with yoga is required and everyone is welcome!
