I’m offering a weekly class at Cumberland Physio and Yoga, from 5:30-6:45pm every Wednesday evening. Move WITH breath will be a movement class where we will build heat in our bodies with Vinayasa with the gentle reminder to allow breath to be the motivator in your practice.
The class will end with an active pranayama breathwork, and a close with a deep, relaxing savasana. I look forward to sharing myself, and my practice with the #ComoxValley and residents of #Cumberland ૐ
