Join me every Wednesday for a 75 minute practice where I will guide you to move WITH your breath. We will build heat in a vinyasa style flow class, while drawing mindful awareness on our inhalation and exhalations. This offering will end with an active Pranayama practice and a deep, relaxing savasana.
